IT Analyst

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

1. Development of complex BI reports.
2. Analyze and interpret large and complex data sets using statistical methods.
3. Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to present data insights in a clear and concise manner.
4. Administer & support Navision, iSales, LPG Cloud Systems, CRM, and any other user systems.
5. Participate in designing efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs.
6. Participate in coordinating developers to build and implement technology solutions.
7. Provide advice & technical trainings.
8. Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
9. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
10. Participate in the development, testing, and implementation of new IT systems and enhancements to existing systems.
11. Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and vendors to identify and resolve issues and ensure systems are functioning.
12. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends; assess their potential impact on the organization.
13. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, requirements, and specifications.
14. Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
15. Other duties as assigned.
